Trish is Sam’s Transaction Coordinator and will be Coordinating Showings, Inspections, Appraisals, and Repairs if needed. Trish works closely with Seller’s, Buyer’s, Attorneys & Title Companies, Inspectors and Appraiser’s to ensure all Documents are completed and shared. She will make sure the process moves along smoothly to Closing.
